Before founding J & J Marema Properties, Joseph also served as Rental Manager at WillCo Properties, where he managed rental portfolios, oversaw tenant placement, and ensured full compliance with all relevant property legislation. That hands-on operational experience gives our clients the benefit of an agent who has lived every side of the transaction — not just the sales pitch.
